Financial planning and effective presentation to stakeholders are of utmost importance for successful decision-making and fostering consensus. I prioritize the creation of a shared understanding of future needs and ensure that the information is presented in a clear and easily understandable manner for all stakeholders.

By carefully analyzing financial aspects and considering the diverse perspectives of stakeholders, I strive to develop comprehensive financial plans that address the needs and goals of the municipality. Additionally, I employ effective communication strategies, utilizing accessible language and visual aids, to present the financial information in a way that facilitates comprehension and promotes consensus among stakeholders.

• Capital Project Plan:
  As the staff liaison for the Capital Budget Committee, I took a lead role in developing a 5-year Capital Project Plan for Dover. This involved collaborating with various stakeholders to identify and prioritize key projects, ensuring alignment with the town's goals and financial resources. The plan provides a roadmap for strategic investments in infrastructure and facilities, supporting the long-term development and improvement of our community.

• Budget Book:
  Recognizing the importance of clear and concise financial information, I created a comprehensive Budget Book specifically designed to assist the Board of Selectmen and Warrant Committee in reviewing the FY23 budget for the Town of Dover. The Budget Book offers a transparent and organized view of the town's financial plan, facilitating informed decision-making and effective budget management.

• Personnel Action Form (PAF):
  With the aim of streamlining administrative processes and enhancing efficiency, I developed a new fillable Personnel Action Form (PAF). This form not only eases the burden on department heads but also incorporates an electronic workflow to capture changes and seamlessly import them into our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and payroll system. This digital solution improves accuracy, reduces paperwork, and optimizes the overall personnel management process for the town.
